Dr. Rahul Tiwari is Head of Sports Performance Analysis at the Inspire Institute of Sports in Karnataka, India. He previously served as Biomechanics Lead and High Performance Analyst at the Sports Authority of India's Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports in Patiala, and has worked with the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association as well as with Aberdeen Cricket Club and Aberdeen Rugby Union in Scotland.

He holds an M.Sc. in Sports Biomechanics from Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen, United Kingdom), a Ph.D. in Sports Science, and postgraduate qualifications in sports physiotherapy. He serves as a scientific reviewer for the World Physiotherapy Congress and sits on the Athletics Federation of India committee revising the national junior athletics programme. His work spans sports biomechanics, sports physiotherapy and exercise physiology, and he has published fourteen papers in peer-reviewed journals alongside two book chapters.
